No. All your existing Miles will be automatically combined into a single balance, and you won’t lose any Miles you already have.
Cash Miles and Dream Miles are now a single balance
We’re pleased to announce that effective January 25, 2026, we’ve combined Cash and Dream into a single balance.
In other words, “Cash Miles” and “Dream Miles” are now simply “Miles”. You can redeem your Miles from any category, including merchandise, travel, experiences, events, eVouchers or in-store.
As we work through making updates, you might still see some references to Cash Miles. Please note, these can now be considered just Miles. Terms apply.*
A few more important things to know
* Use your Miles in increments of 95 Miles for every $10 towards your in-store purchase at participating AIR MILES partner locations (exclusions apply) or towards eVouchers that can be used at participating reward partners' locations in Canada. A maximum of $60 (570 Miles) can be used per transaction at Shell. There is a daily redemption limit of $750 (7,125 Miles) across all participating in-store redemption partners and eVouchers. See specific eVoucher terms for details, including additional restrictions that may apply. Please allow up to 48 hours after order is place for eVoucher to be delivered.
