Linked Programs Terms and Conditions
By linking your Blue Rewards Member account with a participating third-party loyalty program (each, a “Partner Program”), you agree to these linked loyalty terms and conditions (the “Linking Terms”). These Linking Terms apply generally to all linking partnerships between Blue Rewards and Partner Programs; linking between Blue Rewards and a specific Partner Program may be subject to additional terms and conditions that supplement these general Linking Terms.
To link accounts, you or a member of your household must maintain an active account in both programs, ensure both accounts are held in your own name (or in the name of a member of your household), and comply with each program’s terms. Your Blue Rewards Member account can only be linked to one account per Partner Program, and your Partner Program account can only be linked to one Blue Rewards Member account. You are responsible for ensuring that you have completed the linking process correctly – neither Blue Rewards nor the Partner Program operator will be responsible for any linking error made on your part.
Blue Rewards may, in its sole discretion, refuse, limit, suspend, or reverse any linking request at any time, including in cases of discrepancy, suspected misuse, or fraud. Linking enables Blue Rewards and the Partner Program to provide enhanced and personalized offers, promotions, and experiences; however, unless expressly stated otherwise, accounts remain separate, and points, rewards, balances, tiers, and benefits are not combined, transferred, or matched. Linking does not entitle you to any specific benefit or offer unless a benefit or offer is specifically identified as applying uniquely to linked members. Linking-related benefits or offers may be time limited, are subject to change, and in all cases are subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be made available in connection with such benefit or offer.
You may unlink your accounts at any time through available program channels. Blue Rewards may also suspend, restrict, or terminate linking at any time, including for breach of these or other applicable terms, suspected misuse or fraud, legal or regulatory requirements, or changes to partner relationships. Blue Rewards and each Partner Program operate independently, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, each is solely responsible for its own program, including its offers, rewards, and services; Blue Rewards is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Partner Program, and partner offers remain subject to that program’s terms. Blue Rewards may modify, suspend, or discontinue linking, participating Partner Programs, eligibility criteria, or any aspect of linked offers or benefits at any time without notice. You may only link accounts that belong to you or a member of your household, and any misuse—including linking accounts of others outside of your household or attempting to obtain unauthorized benefits—may result in unlinking, forfeiture of benefits, and/or suspension or termination of participation in Blue Rewards and/or the Partner Program. These Linking Terms supplement the Blue Rewards General Program Terms and Conditions and the applicable Partner Program terms, and in the event of conflict, these Linking Terms govern solely with respect to account linking.
