Terms and Conditions
1 You will receive AIR MILES Onyx collector status and access to the corresponding benefits as soon as you get 5,000 eligible Reward Miles posted to your collector account in a calendar year. Your collector status will be valid until December 31 of the following year. Eligible Miles are collected in connection with qualifying purchases made at participating AIR MILES partners; see the partner listing section on airmiles.ca. Certain Miles do not count towards the minimum 5,000 eligible Mile requirement (“Exclusions”). Exclusions include, but are not limited to, refunded Miles, transferred Miles, any Miles collected through an employee incentive program, and Miles collected in connection with any specifically excluded offer. If you were previously Onyx collector status, but you do not get 5,000 eligible Miles in a calendar year, you will no longer have Onyx collector status nor access to the corresponding benefits as of January 1 of the following year. It may take up to 45 days for your updated status to take effect. AIR MILES Onyx collector status qualification requirements and benefits are subject to change at any time and without notice.
2 An administration fee (plus taxes) if applicable will apply for each flight order. Collector status flight offer applies only to Reward Miles used to order select flights updated each month on airmiles.ca.
3 Collector status flight and merchandise offers cannot be combined with any other offers such as Travel Specials and Deals of the Week. AIR MILES reserves the right to offer flights and merchandise for an equivalent or lesser number of Miles to all collectors.
4 Quantities may be limited. Collector status merchandise offer applies to Reward Miles used to order select merchandise rewards updated each month on airmiles.ca.
