Terms and Conditions
1. BMO®† AIR MILES® World Elite®* Mastercard®* applications must be received between March 24, 2025 and May 31, 2025 (the “Offer Period”) to be eligible for the AIR MILES Bonus Miles and Annual Fee Refund offers (each an “Offer” and collectively the “Offers”). Bonus Offers are limited to new accounts. Existing BMO AIR MILES World Elite Mastercard customers who cancel their card during the Offer Period, and existing BMO credit card cardholders who transfer into this product during the Offer Period are not eligible for the Offers.
$1,200 in value is made up of:
a) Up to 7,000 AIR MILES Bonus Miles (up to $730 in value with Cash Miles)
Eligible approved applicants will receive:
i. A bonus of 3,000 Bonus Miles will be applied to the primary Credit Cardholder’s Collector Account 110 days after the credit card account open date after you spend a minimum of $4,500 (less refunds and excluding cash advances, cash-like transactions, interest charges, fees, credit or debit adjustments) within the first 110 days after the account open date.
ii. A further bonus of an additional 2,000 Bonus Miles will be applied to the primary Credit Cardholder’s Collector 180 days after the account open date when you spend a minimum of $10,000 (less refunds and excluding cash advances, cash-like transactions, interest charges, fees, credit or debit adjustments) within the first 180 days after the account open date.
iii. An additional bonus of 2,000 Bonus Miles will be applied the primary Credit Cardholder’s Collector 365 days after the account open date when you spend $20,000 (less refunds and excluding cash advances, cash-like transactions, interest charges, fees, credit or debit adjustments) within the first 365 days after the account open date. A
iv. All Bonus Miles are credited in accordance with the set balance preference (between AIR MILES Cash and AIR MILES Dream balances) at the time of posting. The AIR MILES Bonus Miles Offer is subject to the AIR MILES Reward Program Terms and Conditions. Limit of one AIR MILES Bonus Miles Welcome Offer per Collector Number.
Please allow up to 8 weeks after the conditions for each element of the offer are fulfilled for the Bonus Miles to be credited to your AIR MILES primary Credit Cardholder’s Collector Account provided the account is open and in good standing. If the Credit Card is cancelled within 365 days from the date it was opened, all Bonus Miles earned within that period may be cancelled.
b) Annual Fee Waiver Offer ($120 in value): The primary cardholder annual fee of $120 will be waived in the first year and will appear as a fee and a credit on the primary cardholders first statement. After the first year, the annual fee will appear on your Credit Card statement twelve (12) months after the Credit Card open date. The Annual Fee Waiver Offer does not apply to the Additional Card annual fee.
c) Exclusive 25% Flight Booking Discount (up to a value of $75 worth in Cash Miles): If you have the BMO AIR MILES World Elite Mastercard, once per calendar year when you redeem Reward Miles for any flight booking, you will receive a 25% discount on the number of AIR MILES Reward Miles that are usually required (to a maximum of 750 Reward Miles) when you book through airmiles.ca or by calling 1-888-247-6453. The flight booking discount applies to the full flight booking and will be distributed equally on each ticket included in the booking, to a maximum of 750 Miles total. For example, if your booking included three 1,500 Miles flights totalling 4,500 Miles, then each flight would receive a 250 Miles discount, and you’d be required to redeem 3,750 Miles for the booking. Any portion of the maximum 750 allocated discounted Miles unused in the one eligible flight booking transaction will be forfeited. You can choose when to apply the discount – for example, on your first flight booking in the calendar year; or save it to apply on another flight booking later in the year – but it can only be used once per calendar year with no carry-overs allowed to the following year. For greater clarification, the 25% flight booking discount resets every calendar year and cannot be accumulated over the years. This benefit can only be reset for the collector to use in the same calendar year if the original booking where the benefit was used is cancelled under all of the following conditions: (i) the booking was cancelled in full (not for partial cancellations; i.e., one ticket), (ii) the cancellation happens within the same year of booking, and (iii) the airline issues a full refund for the booking. This benefit does not apply to Cash + Miles rewards. There are no blackout periods for flight redemptions. This benefit does not apply to the cash portion of the flight redemption (such as airport improvement fees and booking fees) or to the flight component of package vacations and cruises. This benefit cannot be combined with any other offer. Flight rewards offered are subject to the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES Reward Program, are subject to change, and may be withdrawn without notice. To use your Miles for flight rewards, you must have accumulated sufficient Dream Miles in your collector account. Some restrictions apply. Collectors must pay applicable surcharges, fees and taxes on flight rewards. Flight rewards may be subject to a minimum advance booking and availability from participating airlines. Changes, cancellations and refunds to flight tickets will follow the fare rules of the booking airline and may be subject to additional fees. d) Mastercard Travel Pass benefit (Value of US $68 = $95 CAD based on exchange rate of 1.40 December 5, 2024): includes membership to participating lounges within the Mastercard Travel Pass provided by DragonPass program – approximate membership value of US$68. Enjoy lounge access for a fee of just US$32 per person, per visit. Mastercard Travel Pass provided by DragonPass is a worldwide program run by DragonPass International Ltd. This benefit will be available to all cardholders of a BMO AIR MILES World Mastercard, BMO Cashback World Mastercard, BMO AIR MILES World Elite Mastercard or BMO Cashback World Elite Mastercard (all “eligible cardholders”). Eligible cardholders are required to comply with the Conditions of Use available online at mastercardtravelpass.dragonpass.com or on the Mastercard Travel Pass mobile application, as well as any additional terms and conditions applicable to the lounge or offer being used by the eligible cardholder. The Conditions of Use are subject to change from time to time without notice to Issuer or the eligible cardholders. Eligible cardholders wishing to access a participating lounge must present their Mastercard Travel Pass mobile app or membership document showing the QR code and DragonPass membership number (this may be obtained by the eligible cardholder by registering an account at mastercardtravelpass.dragonpass.com or downloading the Mastercard Travel Pass application from the app store) to the lounge receptionist and reference “Mastercard Travel Pass provided by DragonPass.” Some offers may be subject to a per-person, per-visit charge. Where applicable and dependent upon the offer, access charges, including those for an accompanying guest, may be charged to your credit card. Value and benefits of the Mastercard Travel Pass complimentary membership are subject to change without notice.
Cardholders must enroll for this benefit, either through the Mastercard Travel Pass App (available to download for free) or on the Program Website (mastercardtravelpass.dragonpass.com) using a valid Canadian issued BMO World or World Elite Mastercard.
e) $0.25 off per litre Offer( Up to $200 in Value)
i. This offer is available only to AIR MILES collectors who received this offer invitation; offer is non-transferable. To qualify for the offer, eligible collectors must apply for a new BMO AIR MILES World Elite Mastercard or a new BMO AIR MILES Mastercard through the offer link provided in the offer invitation by following the online instructions to complete and submit the credit card application between March 24, 2025 and May 31, 2025. Your BMO AIR MILES credit card application must be received between March 24, 2025 and May 31, 2025. (the “Offer Period”) and approved by June 17, 2025 to be eligible to get $0.25 cents off per litre, on up to 8 fill-ups made at Shell from July 1 2025 and October 31 , 2025, to a maximum of 100 litres per transaction. Offer is limited to new accounts. Existing BMO AIR MILES credit card customers who cancel their card during the Offer Period, and existing BMO credit card customers who transfer into a BMO AIR MILES credit card product during the Offer Period are not eligible for the offer.
ii. Between July 1 2025 and October 31 , 2025, eligible collectors save $0.25 per litre, up to 100 litres per transaction, and up to a maximum of 8 fuel purchase transactions, at participating Shell locations (excluding Flying J locations). This offer is applicable to all fuel grades. The maximum volume of fuel eligible for the $0.25 per litre per collector number is 800 litres. To receive the $0.25 per litre savings at the pump, the eligible AIR MILES collector number must be connected to your new BMO AIR MILES World Elite Mastercard or your new BMO AIR MILES Mastercard and the eligible AIR MILES card must be swiped at the time of the purchase transaction.

Existing BMO AIR MILES Mastercard customers who cancel their card during the Offer Period, and existing BMO Mastercard customers who transfer into this product during the Offer Period are not eligible.
In order to earn the 1,600 Bonus Miles, the following conditions must be met:
a) Spend $1,500 in net card purchases (less refunds and excluding cash advances, cash-like transactions, interest charges, fees, credit or debit adjustments) within the first 110 days after the account open date.
b) Keep the account open and in good standing for at least 110 days
All Bonus Miles will be credited in accordance with the set balance preference (between AIR MILES Cash and AIR MILES Dream balances) at the time of posting. 4. This cents off per litre offer is available only to AIR MILES collectors who have linked their BMO credit or debit card with their AIR MILES collector number. This offer is exclusive to BMO personal banking credit and debit cards, as well as the Small Business credit cards. BMO corporate and commercial credit and debit cards, business banking debit cards, USD credit cards, and Prepaid credit cards do not qualify for this offer. To receive the savings at the pump, the eligible AIR MILES collector number must be connected to your BMO credit or debit card and the eligible AIR MILES collector number must be valid at the time of the purchase transaction.
