Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are applicable to the purchase of AIR MILES® Dream MilesTM (the “ Offer ”):
Offer is available to AIR MILES Collectors only. Dream Miles may be purchased at the prices currently listed on the “Buy Dream Miles” webpage at buymiles.airmiles.ca, which are subject to change without notice (including, but not limited to, as a result of time-limited promotional offers which AIR MILES may offer and withdraw). Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes. Applicable taxes will apply. Dream Miles can be purchased in increments of 100, 200, 500 or 1,000 Miles per transaction (each a “Package”). Limit of one Package per transaction. All sales are final. There are no refunds on purchased Dream Miles.
Please allow up to 2 business days for Dream Miles to be deposited into your Collector account. Any purchased Dream Miles will be deposited directly into your AIR MILES® Dream Account regardless of your set balance preference at the time of purchase. To be eligible to purchase Dream Miles:
1. a valid Collector number must be entered at the time of the transaction; and
2. at least 1 AIR MILES Reward MileTM must have been posted to the Collector account prior to the time of purchase.
The purchase price of a Dream Mile under this Offer is not intended to be, and should not be understood as, a statement of the dollar value of a Dream Mile. Notwithstanding the purchase price, the value of Dream Miles can fluctuate based on your redemption choices or changes to the AIR MILES® Reward Program. For example, the value of Dream Miles may vary based on the category of Dream reward being redeemed (travel, merchandise, certificate, or event), the specific individual reward being redeemed, and any promotional offers available at the time of redemption. The amount of Dream Miles needed to redeem a specific reward is subject to change without notice and such changes may affect the value of the Dream Miles being redeemed. AIR MILES® reserves the right in its sole discretion to:
1. make changes to this Offer (including, but not limited to, the price per Dream Mile) and to withdraw the Offer at any time, for any reason and without notice.
2. reverse any transaction it finds in its sole discretion to be in violation of these terms and conditions, disruptive, suspicious or fraudulent.
This Offer is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the AIR MILES® Reward Program.
