* The value of up to $1,800 could be earned in the first year of Account opening and is based on the combined total value of:

• $149: The annual fee waiver in the first year.
• $200: Savings at Shell of 25¢/L
• $613: Premium benefits including five free virtual care visits on Maple shared by you ($520 based on the approximate annual value of 5 GP) plus complimentary membership in Mastercard Travel Pass provided by DragonPass ($93 CAD = $68 USD based on an approximate exchange rate of $1.38 USD as of November 1, 2023).
• $840: Value in 8,000 Cash Miles.

1. BMO AIR MILES® World Elite®* Business Mastercard®* applications must be received between July 7, 2025, and August 31, 2025 (the “Offer Period”) to be eligible for the AIR MILES Bonus Miles and Annual Fee Refund offers (each an “Offer” and collectively the “Offers”). Offers are limited to new accounts. Existing BMO AIR MILES World Elite Mastercard customers who cancel their card during the Offer Period, and existing BMO credit card cardholders who transfer into this product during the Offer Period are not eligible for the Offers.

a) Up to 8,000 AIR MILES Bonus Miles (up to $840 in value with Cash Miles)

Eligible approved applicants will receive:

i. A bonus of 3,000 Bonus Miles will be applied to the primary Credit Cardholder’s Collector Account 110 days after the credit card account open date after you spend a minimum of $5,000 (less refunds and excluding cash advances, cash-like transactions, interest charges, fees, credit or debit adjustments) within the first 3 months after the account open date. 

ii. A further bonus of an additional 2,000 Bonus Miles will be applied to the primary Credit Cardholder’s Collector Account 180 days after the account open date when you spend a minimum of $18,000 (less refunds and excluding cash advances, cash-like transactions, interest charges, fees, credit or debit adjustments) within the first 6 months after the account open date.

iii. An additional bonus of 3,000 Bonus Miles will be applied the primary Credit Cardholder’s Collector Account 365 days after the account open date when you spend $35,000 (less refunds and excluding cash advances, cash-like transactions, interest charges, fees, credit or debit adjustments) within the first 365 days after the account open date. 

iv. All Bonus Miles are credited in accordance with the set balance preference (between AIR MILES Cash and AIR MILES Dream balances) at the time of posting. The AIR MILES Bonus Miles Offer is subject to the AIR MILES Reward Program Terms and Conditions. Limit of one AIR MILES Bonus Miles Welcome Offer per Collector Number. 

Please allow up to 8 weeks after the conditions for each element of the offer are fulfilled for the Bonus Miles to be credited to your AIR MILES primary Credit Cardholder’s Collector Account provided the account is open and in good standing. If the Credit Card is cancelled within 365 days from the date it was opened, all Bonus Miles earned within that period may be cancelled. 

b) Annual Fee Waiver Offer ($149 in value): The primary cardholder annual fee of $149 will be waived in the first year and will appear as a fee and a credit on the primary cardholders first statement. After the first year, the annual fee will appear on your Credit Card statement twelve (12) months after the Credit Card open date. The Annual Fee Waiver Offer does not apply to the Additional Card annual fee.

c) remium benefits including five free virtual care visits on Maple shared by you ($520 based on the approximate annual value of 5 GP). Maple’s physicians, nurse practitioners, and allied healthcare professionals are Canadian licensed and practice in their respective fields right here in Canada. If a cardholder is outside of their province of residence or abroad, they can still access their visits on Maple and connect with these professionals. For an additional fee, Maple also offers access to a wide variety of specialists such as dermatologists and endocrinologists. The primary cardholder and a co-owner (if applicable) on the BMO AIR MILES World Elite Business Mastercard credit card account, will each receive an onboarding email from Maple within the first 14 days the BMO AIR MILES World Elite Business Mastercard credit card account is opened. The primary cardholder and co-owner must register through this email invite in order to access their covered visits and are subject to the terms provided by Maple for use of its services. So long as BMO offers eligible cardholders access to this benefit, the 5 covered visits will renew every calendar year (January to December). If the BMO AIR MILES World Elite Business Mastercard credit card account is closed, the primary cardholder and co-owner forfeit any covered visits that have not been used.

d) Mastercard Travel Pass benefit (Value of US $68 = $95 CAD based on exchange rate of 1.40 December 5, 2024): includes membership to participating lounges within the Mastercard Travel Pass provided by DragonPass program – approximate membership value of US$68. Enjoy lounge access for a fee of just US$32 per person, per visit. Mastercard Travel Pass provided by DragonPass is a worldwide program run by DragonPass International Ltd. This benefit will be available to all cardholders of a BMO AIR MILES World Mastercard, BMO Cashback World Mastercard, BMO AIR MILES World Elite Mastercard, BMO Cashback World Elite Mastercard, or BMO AIR MILES World Elite Business Mastercard (all “eligible cardholders”). Eligible cardholders are required to comply with the Conditions of Use available online at mastercardtravelpass.dragonpass.com or on the Mastercard Travel Pass mobile application, as well as any additional terms and conditions applicable to the lounge or offer being used by the eligible cardholder. The Conditions of Use are subject to change from time to time without notice to Issuer or the eligible cardholders. Eligible cardholders wishing to access a participating lounge must present their Mastercard Travel Pass mobile app or membership document showing the QR code and DragonPass membership number (this may be obtained by the eligible cardholder by registering an account at mastercardtravelpass.dragonpass.com or downloading the Mastercard Travel Pass application from the app store) to the lounge receptionist and reference “Mastercard Travel Pass provided by DragonPass.” Some offers may be subject to a per-person, per-visit charge. Where applicable and dependent upon the offer, access charges, including those for an accompanying guest, may be charged to your credit card. Value and benefits of the Mastercard Travel Pass complimentary membership are subject to change without notice.

Cardholders must enroll for this benefit, either through the Mastercard Travel Pass App (available to download for free) or on the Program Website (mastercardtravelpass.dragonpass.com) using a valid Canadian issued BMO World or World Elite Mastercard.

2.  BMO AIR MILES® No Fee Business Mastercard®* applications must be received between  July 7, 2025, and August 31, 2025 (the “Offer Period”). Up to 2,000 AIR MILES Bonus Miles offer is limited to new BMO AIR MILES No Fee Business Mastercard Accounts. Existing BMO AIR MILES No Fee Business Mastercard customers who cancel their card during the Offer Period, and existing BMO Business Mastercard customers who transfer into this product during the Offer Period are not eligible. 2,000 Bonus Miles will be awarded when you spend $3,000 in net card purchases (less refunds and excluding cash advances, cash-like transactions, interest charges, fees, credit or debit adjustments) in the first three (3) months from the account open date and will be applied to your Collector Account within one hundred and one (101) days after qualifying, provided that your credit card account is open and in good standing. The 2000 Bonus Miles will appear on your BMO credit card statement. All Bonus Miles will be credited in accordance with the set balance preference (between AIR MILES Cash and AIR MILES Dream balances) at the time of posting. Limit of one Bonus offer per Collector Account. If you cancel your card within ninety (90) days of opening your account, the Bonus Miles will be cancelled. This offer may be changed, extended or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Please note that the 2,000 Bonus Miles awarded after you spend a minimum of $3,000 (less refunds and excluding cash advances, cash-like transactions, interest charges, fees, credit or debit adjustments) within the first three (3) months after the account open date will be credited to your AIR MILES primary Credit Cardholder’s Collector Account in two separate Miles postings. One posting will show 1,000 Bonus Miles and a second posting will show 1,000 Bonus Miles. After the conditions for this element of the offer are fulfilled and 1,000 Bonus Miles are credited, please allow for up to an additional 8 weeks for the remaining 1,000 Bonus Miles under this offer to be credited.

3. This offer is available only to AIR MILES collectors who received this offer invitation; offer is non-transferable. To qualify for the offer, eligible collectors must apply for a new BMO AIR MILES World Elite Business Mastercard or a new BMO AIR MILES No-Fee Business Mastercard through the offer link provided in the offer invitation by following the online instructions to complete and submit the credit card application between July 7, 2025 and August 31, 2025. Your BMO AIR MILES credit card application must be received between July 7, 2025 and August 31, 2025 (the “Offer Period”) and approved by September 17, 2025 to be eligible to get $0.25 cents off per litre, on up to 8 fuel purchase transactions made at participating Shell locations (excluding Flying J locations) from October 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, to a maximum of 100 litres per transaction. This offer is applicable to all fuel grades. The maximum volume of fuel eligible for the $0.25 per litre per collector number is 800 litres. To receive the $0.25 per litre savings at the pump, the eligible AIR MILES collector number must be connected to your new BMO AIR MILES World Elite Business Mastercard or your new BMO AIR MILES No-Fee Business Mastercard and the eligible AIR MILES card must be swiped at the time of the purchase transaction. Offer and fulfillment of discount is limited to new accounts that are open and in good standing. Existing BMO AIR MILES credit card customers who cancel their card during the Offer Period, and existing BMO credit card customers who transfer into a BMO AIR MILES credit card product during the Offer Period are not eligible for the offer.

4. This cents off per litre offer is available only to AIR MILES collectors who have linked their BMO credit or debit card with their AIR MILES collector number. This offer is exclusive to BMO personal banking credit and debit cards, as well as the Small Business credit cards, including Credit Line for Business Mastercard. BMO corporate and commercial credit and debit cards, business banking debit cards, USD credit cards, and Prepaid credit cards do not qualify for this offer. To receive the savings at the pump, the eligible AIR MILES collector number must be connected to your BMO credit or debit card and the eligible AIR MILES collector number must be valid at the time of the purchase transaction. BMO non-AIR MILES credit and debit card holders, including other BMO Mastercard and BMO Visa holders must manually link their credit or debit card to an existing or new AIR MILES collector number at airmilescardlink.ca/bmo-shell-benefit to be eligible for this offer.
