¹ OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
Prime Big Deal Days Contest (the “Contest”)

NO PURCHASE OR USE OF MILES IS NECESSARY

The Contest is open only to Canadian resident AIR MILES^® Collectors who are 18 years of age or older and have an Amazon account with an active Amazon Prime subscription.

1. Contest Sponsor: AIR MILES Loyalty Inc. doing business as AIR MILES or the AIR MILES Reward Program (the “Contest Sponsor”), 100 King Street West, 21st Floor, Toronto, Ontario M5X 1A1. The following entity is the prize provider of the Contest: Amazon.com.ca, ULC (the “Prize Provider”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize Provider is neither a sponsor nor co-sponsor of the Contest.
   
   
2. Eligibility: The Contest is open only to Canadian resident AIR MILES^® collectors (“Collectors”) who are 18 years of age or older and have an Amazon account with an active Amazon Prime subscription (Prime subscription not required for no purchase entry method) at the time of entry, except employees, representatives and agents of the Contest Sponsor, its affiliates (including Bank of Montreal), the Prize Provider, and their respective advertising and marketing agencies, Contest administrators, judges and persons domiciled with any of the above. The Collector is the individual in whose name the AIR MILES collector number (“Collector Number”) has been established or, in the case of a Business Collector, the principal associated with the Business Collector Number, as determined by the Contest Sponsor, and this is the individual to whom the Prize (as defined below) will be awarded if they are selected and declared a winner. Canadian residence will be determined by the mailing address associated with the Collector Number.
   
   If you are not already an AIR MILES^® collector, you may enroll in the AIR MILES^® Reward Program by visiting airmiles.ca. By enrolling to become an AIR MILES collector, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES^® Reward Program as amended from time to time. Online access and an email account are required to participate in this Contest. Many public libraries, retail businesses and others offer free access to computers and a number of Internet service providers and other companies offer free email accounts.
   
   
3. Agreement to Official Contest Rules: By participating in the Contest, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept the Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Contest Sponsor and its Contest administrators and judges, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
   
   
4. Contest Period: The Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. on September 29, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. on October 10, 2025 (“Contest Period”). All times refer to Eastern Time (“ET”) throughout the Contest.
   
   
5. How to Enter.
   
   There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest, as described below (each, an “Entry Option”). To enter the Contest:
   
   Entry Option A – Provide your Collector info and shop Amazon^®† through airmilesshops.ca as follows:
   
   • Visit https://airmiles.ca/primebigdealdayscontest (the “Website”) during the Contest Period; you must be both an AIR MILES^® Collector and Amazon Prime Member with an active subscription.
   • On visiting the Website, follow the online instructions to provide your name, collector number, email address and phone number and click “Submit”; and
   • After completing the steps above, shop Amazon through airmilesshops.ca during the Prime Big Deal Days event from October 7 until October 10 with a minimum spend of $130 (including products in Amazon categories not eligible for base Mile earn). The minimum spend is based on the total transaction value excluding taxes.
   
   Upon satisfying the criteria above, you will receive one (1) entry into the Contest.
   
   Entry Option B – NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
   
   To receive one (1) entry into the Contest without a purchase, a Collector must, during the Contest Period, submit their first and last name, complete mailing address (including city, province, and postal code), phone number, email address and AIR MILES Collector Number, plus a hundred (100) word or more original essay describing what you plan to purchase if you win a $5000 Amazon Gift card and email it to:
   
   airmiles+PrimeBigDealDayscontest@promotionsolutions.net, with “Prime Big Deal Days Contest” in the subject line of the email. The email must be received by the Contest Sponsor no later than 11:59:59 p.m. on October 10, 2025.
   
   Entry Limits and Odds
   There is a limit of 1 entry per Collector during the entire Contest Period, regardless of the Entry Option used.
   
   The odds of winning a Prize (as defined in Rule 6 below) will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Selecting one Entry Option over another does not increase the odds of winning.
   
   
6. Prizes: There is a total of two (2) prizes available to be won, as follows:
   
   a) Two (2) grand prizes (each, a “Prize”), each consisting of one $5000 Amazon gift card.
   
   Limit of one (1) Prize per Collector Number.
   
   Prize is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Amazon gift card as amended from time to time and as enforced by the Prize Provider.
   
   Prize is not transferrable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. Where applicable, Prize elements will be awarded by the Contest Sponsor based on the mailing address and/or email address associated with the Collector Number of a confirmed winner. In the case of loss, theft, mutilation, alteration or unauthorized use, a Prize and its elements will not be reimbursed or replaced. Except as expressly stated herein, a confirmed winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, fees and surcharges, if any, in respect to his/her Prize and/or the use or redemption thereof.
   
   No compensation will be provided for failure by a confirmed winner to accept a Prize as awarded. Contest Sponsor gives no representations, warranties or conditions, whether express or implied, in respect to a Prize or any elements of a Prize.
   
   
7. Winner Selection: A random drawing for each of the Prizes will be held on October 28, 2025 at 2:00 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) in Toronto, Ontario from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period, by an independent judging organization contracted by the Contest Sponsor whose decisions will be final and binding. If for any reason there are no eligible entries, the Prizes will not be awarded. In order to be declared a winner (“Winner”), the selected entrant must be an AIR MILES Collector and must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by the Contest Sponsor or its representatives and otherwise comply with the Official Contest Rules. The Contest Sponsor or its representatives will make reasonable attempts to contact the selected entrant at the email address and/or telephone number(s) recorded in respect of his/her Collector Number and/or indicated on the email entry, as the case may be. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted or has not responded within five (5) days of the date when contact was first attempted, is not eligible in accordance with these Official Contest Rules, does not correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question or otherwise comply with these Official Contest Rules, then the selected entrant is disqualified and will not receive the Prize and another entrant may be selected.
   
   A selected entrant must sign and return to the Contest Sponsor within five (5) days of receipt a Prize Acknowledgement Form, in form satisfactory to Contest Sponsor, which includes a standard declaration of compliance with the Official Contest Rules and release form releasing the Contest Sponsor from liability in connection with the Contest or the Prize (as set out in more detail in Rule 8 below) in order to be awarded the Prize. Failure to sign and return the Prize Acknowledgement and Release Form within five (5) days or receipt will result in forfeiture of the Prize. If a selected entrant is under the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, a parent or legal guardian of the selected entrant will be required to sign or submit the Prize Acknowledgement Form on behalf of their minor child. If the parent or legal guardian of the selected entrant does not sign or submit the Prize Acknowledgement Form within five (5) days of receipt, the selected entrant will not be awarded the Prize.
   
   Before being awarded a Prize, a selected entrant will also be required to send to the Contest Sponsor, within five (5) days of being contacted, a screen capture of their Amazon Prime account page. The screen capture must show the selected entrant’s name, which must match the name associated with their AIR MILES collector account, and must show an active Amazon Prime subscription. If a selected entrant fails to provide the above-described screen capture to the Contest Sponsor within five (5) days of being contacted, the selected entrant will not be awarded the Prize. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to withhold or revoke the Prize from a selected entrant if it is discovered that the selected entrant has submitted an illegitimate, manipulated, or outdated screen capture that does not reflect their current Amazon Prime account. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to confirm a selected entrant’s Amazon Prime subscription status with the Prize Provider before awarding the Prize if the Contest Sponsor suspects that the selected entrant has provided an illegitimate, manipulated, or outdated screen capture.
   
   A Prize will be provided to a confirmed Winner, by email to the email address that the Winner used to enter the Contest, within 5 days of the Winner (or their parent or legal guardian, if applicable) signing and returning the Prize Acknowledgment and Release Form as described above. Winner is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the email address that they provided when entering the Contest.
   
   
8. General
   
   The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to use the Winner’s name, city of residence, comments, likeness, photograph, voice and statements without further compensation, in connection with any advertising and publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Contest Sponsor in relation to the Contest or the AIR MILES Reward Program, in any media throughout the world in perpetuity. The first name or initials and city name of Winner may also be posted on www.airmiles.ca and/or other websites relating to the AIR MILES Reward Program.
   
   The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value, or to cancel, terminate, amend and/or suspend the Contest without prior notice at any time and for any reason including, without limitation, if viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, attempts to disrupt the Contest or other causes beyond the Contest Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of the Contest. In no event will the Contest Sponsor be liable for more prizes (in quantity or amount) than that specified in the Official Contest Rules.
   
   The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, or lost or unavailable network connections or garbled or deleted computer network transmissions, or failed, incomplete, garbled, misdirected or lost entries or inaccurate capture of entry or use of Miles information, even if it limits the ability to participate in the Contest. Any entry that occurs after a system failure is deemed a defective entry and is void and will not be honoured. The Contest Sponsor and Prize Provider are not responsible for any injury or damage to persons (including the Winner) or property arising from the Contest or Prize, or which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from accessing or transmitting any material from any website associated with the Contest (“Website”), regardless of whether the material was prepared by the Contest Sponsor or a third party or is connected to the Website by hyperlink. All entries must be received during the Contest Period. All entries and prize claims are subject to verification by Contest Sponsor and will be void if not obtained through legitimate channels, or if not original, or if obtained other than in compliance with these Official Contest Rules. The Contest Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning or entry in lieu of its verification process. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned.
   
   Online and email entries must be made only by the original, manual keystrokes of the individual entrant. Use of any automated system including robotic or form-filling software to enter or participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all entries by anyone using such assistance.
   
   The Contest Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Contest Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Contest Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Contest Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
   
   By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Contest Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with his/her entry only for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with these Official Contest Rules and the Contest Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at: https://www.airmiles.ca/arrow/PrivacyPolicy). This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Contest Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.
   
   All entries become the permanent property of the Contest Sponsor and none will be returned. No correspondence will be entered into, except with the selected entrants. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. In the event that any provision of these Contest Rules shall be determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions of these Official Contest Rules shall be unaffected and shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
   
   In the event of a discrepancy between the French and the English versions of these Official Contest Rules, the English version will prevail.
   
   The names of the Winners may be obtained by sending a request with a self-addressed postage stamped envelope to Dept. 100, Prime Big Deal Days Contest, Winner List Request, Box 9500 Lakeshore West PO, Oakville, ON L6K 0G4, until November 30, 2025.
