You can access your Points and transactions by visiting bluerewards.ca and signing into your Member account or in the “Transactions” tab in the Blue Rewards app.

The length of time it takes to see Points posted in your account will vary by Partner. It can be within minutes or in some cases, up to 60 days. 

Typically, you should see Points added to your account within 30 days. 

All Points are posted based on the date they were earned, noting that if you earned Points for purchasing Travel, those Points are posted within 60 days of the trip’s end date .

The length of time it takes to see Points posted in your account will vary by Partner.  It can be within minutes or in some cases, take up to 60 days. 

Typically, you should see Points added to your account within 30 days.

If for some reason you do not receive your Points within 60 days, you can make a Missing Transactions request online via the Blue Rewards website or App.  

For web, visit bluerewards.ca, log in navigate to help > self-serve tools > Missing Transactions.

If you return an item that earned Points, Points may be adjusted accordingly. You will see the details in your Member account transaction history.
